| Inspired
by Sasha Morgenthaler artist Sylvia Natterer started to make dolls in
wood composition or resin. In the beginning she made mainly puppets.
One day Sylvia decided to change her theatre doll making into designing
dolls for children and collectors. Her dolls have a fresh and friendly
atmosphere and are always dressed in well designed and beautifully made
clothes. |

Mitsou This
all porcelain girl by artist Sylvia Natterer has a very
French look with her navy blue felt hat. Adorable Mitsou represents a growing up child in her
early teens. Mitsou's face
is handpaited by the artist and she has freckels on her nose and
cheeks like many red-haired girls have. She has hand painted brown
eyes.She has 5 joints and her whole body is made of porcelain.
Sylvia Natterer marked Mitsou in the neck with '19SN94'. She comes with a
little tag/certificate. She is a very good example of Sylvia Natterer's work.

| Eliane Eliane is designed, modelled and made by Sylvia Natterer herself. She is signed with the initials 'SN' and the year of production in the back of her neck. Her head and shoulderplate, her underarms and legs from the knee down are made of the finest porcelain. She is # 4 of a limited edition of 30 and is 53 cm, 21 "tall. She comes with a little tag/certificate. Eliane has a lovely round face with big blue eyes and soft coloured cheeks hand painted by the artist. She has the marvelous dreamy expression of a young girl. Her very long blonde wig is made of real hair. Her body is made of flesh coloured cotton and it is stuffed very firmly. She has jointed legs and wired arms. Eliane is dressed in a stylish cotton dress with a black and white woven pattern with 3 black buttons in the front and a nice big collar and lovely cuffs made of white piqué with accents of ribbon. She wears white cotton handknit socks and white leather shoes. On her head she wears a fine Italian straw hat in black. Her white cotton one-piece underwear is of a very nice design with broderie anglaise details. Eliane also comes with a little red leather shoulder bag. She was made in 1992 and is in mint condition.
